Our Be You Consultant team is comprised of highly skilled professionals with a range of expertise, knowledge, experience and interests, who have backgrounds in early childhood, primary school, psychology, adult learning, research, the regulatory authority and inclusion support.
Our team is here, walking alongside you, helping you navigate, connect the dots, keep motivated and cheer you on along your journey to growing a mentally healthy learning community.

You know your unique service context and our Be You Consultants know our tools and resources. Consultants help guide you through the Be You website, Professional Learning opportunities, Planning and Implementation tools, and tailor a journey that suits your service’s context and needs.
Our Be You Consultant's guidance has helped our service create a statement (Wellbeing and Wellness Statement) that captures the magic of Padbury while being respectful of the cultures and identities in our community.
Support
Our Be You Consultants can support you to identify your current strengths, opportunities and mental health priorities, and work alongside you to develop goals. They will assist you with your planning and implementation of Be You to support sustainable change. Regular check-ins and spaces for Conversations are offered by our Consultants to keep you on track towards reaching your mental health and wellbeing goals for your learning community.

Connect
Our Consultants can provide you with professional networking opportunities to connect you with like-minded educators to share and learn on specific topics linked to building a mentally healthy learning community. These topics include educator wellbeing, reconciliation, sustainability and leadership. They can also connect you with external supports and resources to further your learning in specific areas of mental health that your service might be focusing on, such as trauma and grief. Best of all, they’ll keep you updated on the latest Be You news, so you’re always in the know.
